1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by JR Copier ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our copier leasing, sales, rental, and service offerings.

2. Services Provided

JR Copier provides office equipment solutions including but not limited to:

• Copier and multifunction printer leasing
• New and certified pre-owned equipment sales
• Short-term and long-term equipment rentals
• Maintenance and repair services
• Managed print services
• Parts and supplies

3. Lease and Rental Agreements

All equipment leases and rentals are subject to separate written agreements that specify:

• Lease or rental term and payment schedule
• Equipment specifications and condition
• Maintenance and service provisions
• Insurance and liability requirements
• Early termination provisions and penalties
• End-of-lease options (return, purchase, or upgrade)

Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all lease agreement terms before signing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. General payment conditions include:

• Lease payments are due monthly on the specified due date
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement
• We accept various payment methods including checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers
• Equipment may be disabled or repossessed for non-payment
• All prices are subject to change with advance notice

5. Equipment Use and Care

Customers agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended business purposes
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and operating instructions
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Promptly report any malfunctions or damage
• Not modify, repair, or relocate equipment without authorization
• Allow access for scheduled maintenance and service
• Use only approved supplies and consumables

6. Service and Maintenance

For leased equipment with maintenance agreements:

• We will provide regular preventive maintenance as specified
• Service response times are based on agreement level
• Parts and labor are covered as specified in the agreement
• Customer-caused damage may result in additional charges
• Consumables (toner, paper) may or may not be included based on agreement

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Equipment is provided with manufacturer warranties as applicable. Services are provided "as is" except as specifically warranted in writing. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages resulting from equipment malfunction or service delays.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Confidentiality and Data Security

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Our service technicians are trained to maintain confidentiality. However, customers are responsible for:

• Securing sensitive documents and data
• Clearing document storage and hard drives before equipment return
• Implementing appropriate data security measures
• Complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services and agreements for:

• Non-payment or breach of payment terms
• Violation of these Terms or lease agreement provisions
• Misuse or damage to equipment
• Providing false or misleading information

Early termination by customer may result in penalties as specified in the agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
